Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Stir in shredded coconut, chopped pecans (if using), mini marshmallows, and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
- Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, garnish with additional whipped cream and a sprinkle of shredded coconut if desired. Slice and enjoy your Irresistible White Christmas Pie!
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, substitute half of the white chocolate chips with semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- To make it a bit more festive, add a few drops of peppermint extract to the filling for a minty flavor.
