  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Combine honey, olive oil, minced chipotle peppers, apple cider vinegar, chopped garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, sea salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature.
  5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces.
