Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken in the skillet, making sure each piece is well coated.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
