- 1 cup low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat or low-fat)
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup milk (any kind)
- 1/4 cup whipped topping (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the protein powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the mixture. Blend until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Gradually add the milk, mixing until you reach a light and fluffy consistency. Adjust the milk amount if needed for desired texture.
- Once fully mixed, taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more powdered sugar.
- Transfer the cheesecake fluff to serving bowls or a large dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, top with whipped topping and fresh berries if desired.
Notes
- For a chocolate version, substitute chocolate protein powder and add a tablespoon of cocoa powder.
