Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the butterscotch pudding mix, milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt until thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle the butterscotch sauce over the pudding layer, creating a marbled effect.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set properly.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and drizzle with additional butterscotch sauce.
