Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine.
- Place the shucked oysters on a large baking sheet or a grill-safe pan.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the garlic butter mixture onto each oyster.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the oysters.
- Carefully place the baking sheet or pan on the grill. Close the lid and grill for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove the oysters from the grill and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the oysters.
