- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated cauliflower onto the soaked wooden skewers, packing them tightly but leaving some space for even cooking.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
