  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (or 1 tablespoon fresh herbs)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
