- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the garlic butter honey mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
