  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham crackers, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chips and half of the mini marshmallows. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Spread the chocolate and marshmallow mixture evenly in a 9-inch pie dish or an oven-safe skillet.
  4. In another bowl, fold the whipped topping and vanilla extract together until well combined.
  5. Spread the whipped topping mixture over the chocolate and marshmallow layer in the dish.
  6. Top with the remaining mini marshmallows, spreading them evenly across the surface.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
