A delicious and easy-to-make Fluffy S’mores Dip that combines chocolate, marshmallows, and whipped topping, perfect for dipping graham crackers.

- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Graham crackers, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chips and half of the mini marshmallows. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread the chocolate and marshmallow mixture evenly in a 9-inch pie dish or an oven-safe skillet.
- In another bowl, fold the whipped topping and vanilla extract together until well combined.
- Spread the whipped topping mixture over the chocolate and marshmallow layer in the dish.
- Top with the remaining mini marshmallows, spreading them evenly across the surface.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet or milk chocolate.
- Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking for a sweet and salty twist.
