Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a 9×13-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet in the oven to heat up.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Once the oven is preheated, carefully remove the hot baking dish or skillet. Add the butter to the dish and swirl it around until melted and bubbly.
- Pour the batter into the hot dish over the melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed up and golden brown around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh lemon wedges and maple syrup, if desired.
