Instructions

  3. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the sliced green onions.
