  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
