  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies, drained
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
