- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies, drained
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the egg mixture.
- Substitute the bacon with cooked sausage or turkey bacon for a different flavor profile.
