- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until well blended.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until evenly combined.
- Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper, then place them in the greased baking dish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken tenders.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture or sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top before baking.
