- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the spice mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the creamy sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix well until smooth.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle the creamy sauce over the top.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
