- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup pastel-colored candy melts (pink, yellow, blue, green)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chocolate eggs or jelly beans for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Melt the pastel-colored candy melts according to package instructions.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture into four bowls. Add a different color of melted candy to each bowl and stir gently to create swirls without fully mixing the colors.
- Spoon the colored cream cheese mixtures into the cooled crust, alternating colors to create a marbled effect.
- Use a knife or skewer to swirl the colors together slightly for a beautiful design.
- Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate eggs or jelly beans.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute the heavy cream with whipped coconut cream.
- You can also use crushed Oreo cookies instead of graham cracker crumbs for a chocolatey crust.
