Description

Easter Swirl Pie is a festive dessert featuring a colorful marbled cream cheese filling in a graham cracker crust, perfect for celebrating the holiday.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup pastel-colored candy melts (pink, yellow, blue, green)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chocolate eggs or jelly beans for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  6. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  9. Melt the pastel-colored candy melts according to package instructions.
  10. Divide the cream cheese mixture into four bowls. Add a different color of melted candy to each bowl and stir gently to create swirls without fully mixing the colors.
  11. Spoon the colored cream cheese mixtures into the cooled crust, alternating colors to create a marbled effect.
  12. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the colors together slightly for a beautiful design.
  13. Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate eggs or jelly beans.
  14. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  15. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute the heavy cream with whipped coconut cream.
  • You can also use crushed Oreo cookies instead of graham cracker crumbs for a chocolatey crust.
