Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, place the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and olive oil. Mix well to create the tzatziki sauce.
  4. Pour half of the tzatziki sauce over the seasoned chicken, making sure to coat it evenly.
  5. Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the chicken in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the chicken.
  8. Drizzle the remaining tzatziki sauce over the chicken and tomatoes before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

  • For a low-carb option, serve the chicken over a bed of mixed greens instead of with rice or pita.
