Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined; do not overmix.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased slow cooker.
  5. Carefully pour the hot water over the batter in the slow cooker (do not stir).
  6. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the edges are set but the center is still gooey.
  7. Once done, turn off the slow cooker and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
