Description

A rich and creamy Ferrero Rocher cheesecake that combines the flavors of chocolate and hazelnuts for a decadent dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • 12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts (optional, for garnish)
  • Additional Ferrero Rocher chocolates for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  3. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  7. Add the Nutella and chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates to the cream cheese mixture, folding gently until evenly distributed.
  8. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  9. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  10. Before serving, garnish the cheesecake with chopped hazelnuts and additional Ferrero Rocher chocolates on top.
