  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Slowly pour in the melted chocolate while mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
  7. Add the sour cream, cocoa powder, and salt, mixing until smooth.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  10. Turn off the oven and crack the oven door, allowing the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
