- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and paprika. Mix well to create a seasoning paste.
- Add the chicken legs to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning paste until they are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken legs in the crock pot. Pour the chicken broth and lemon juice over the top.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Once done, carefully remove the chicken legs from the crock pot and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.

- For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken legs in the oven for 5-7 minutes after cooking in the crock pot.
