Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped chives gently to maintain some texture.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with hot honey. Garnish with additional chives if desired.
- Serve immediately with crackers, fresh vegetables, or toasted bread, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
