- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dill, parsley, paprika, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
- Add sautéed spinach or asparagus to the baking sheet for a complete meal in one dish.
