- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (for garnish)
- Graham crackers or fruit for dipping
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the dip is smooth.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, reserving a few for garnish.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the chopped pistachios and reserved chocolate chips on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with graham crackers or fresh fruit for dipping.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute part of the mascarpone with Greek yogurt.
- Add a splash of espresso or coffee liqueur for an extra depth of flavor.
