Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (for garnish)
  • Graham crackers or fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the dip is smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, reserving a few for garnish.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the chopped pistachios and reserved chocolate chips on top.
