A delicious and easy-to-make dessert featuring layers of creamy Biscoff spread and whipped cream cheese, all on a crunchy Biscoff cookie crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Biscoff cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Biscoff cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust in the baking dish. Drizzle half of the Biscoff spread over the cream cheese layer, then use a knife to swirl it in gently.
  5. Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and repeat the drizzling and swirling with the remaining Biscoff spread.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies evenly over the top layer. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  7. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
