  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows. Gently mix to combine.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the sour cream mixture until well combined.
  5. Gently fold the creamy mixture into the fruit and marshmallow mixture until everything is evenly coated.
  6. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  9. Before serving, garnish with maraschino cherries on top.
