A delicious and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of banana, pineapple, and marshmallows, topped with chocolate syrup and cherries.

- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows. Gently mix to combine.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the sour cream mixture until well combined.
- Gently fold the creamy mixture into the fruit and marshmallow mixture until everything is evenly coated.
- If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with maraschino cherries on top.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- Add a layer of crushed graham crackers for added texture and flavor.
