- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup banana peppers, chopped (drained if using jarred)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped banana peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.

- For a smoky flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika to the mixture before baking.
- Substitute the shredded chicken with canned chicken for a quicker option, or use shredded rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
