Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, almond milk, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt if using.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until well combined.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
