- 1 package (1 sheet) of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 ounces of Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh rosemary or thyme, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
- Place the squares in a greased mini muffin tin, pressing them gently into the bottom and sides.
- Add a small cube of Brie cheese to the center of each pastry square.
- Top each piece of Brie with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh rosemary or thyme, if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
