- 1 large egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and egg, mixing until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried oregano (if using). Stir until well combined.
- Drizzle in the olive oil and mix until the dough comes together.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a flatbread, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
