- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Chocolate shavings or berries (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the blended cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk, and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend again to combine.
- Transfer the mousse to individual serving bowls or glasses.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or berries if desired.

- For a richer chocolate flavor, add a tablespoon of chocolate syrup or melted dark chocolate to the mixture before blending.
