  2. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  3. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Place the dish in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until the mixture is firm.
  5. While the peanut butter layer is chilling, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  6. Once the peanut butter layer is firm, remove it from the freezer and cut it into small squares or rectangles.
