- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
- Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, frozen banana, almond milk, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt (if using).
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a few whole strawberries or a sprinkle of cocoa powder if desired.
