A rich and indulgent dessert combining layers of brownie bites, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream, enhanced with coffee and cocoa for a delightful mocha flavor.

- 2 cups brownie bites (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups chocolate pudding
- 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings or chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed espresso beans (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the cooled brewed coffee with the vanilla extract. Set aside.
- In a trifle dish or individual serving cups, layer half of the brownie bites at the bottom.
- Drizzle half of the coffee mixture over the brownie layer to soak them slightly.
- Add half of the chocolate pudding on top of the brownies, spreading it evenly.
- Layer half of the whipped cream over the pudding.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining brownie bites, coffee mixture, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream.
- Finish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and top with chocolate shavings or chocolate chips.
- If using, sprinkle crushed espresso beans on top for an extra coffee kick.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a nutty flavor, add chopped walnuts or pecans between the layers.
- Substitute the chocolate pudding with vanilla pudding for a different flavor profile.
