- 3 cups cooked spaghetti, drained
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes (with juice), milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the spaghetti mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.

- For a healthier option, substitute whole wheat spaghetti and low-fat cream of mushroom soup.
