- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, and sliced green onions. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the milk mixture over the chicken and ham mixture, stirring until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and olive oil. Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
