Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub Sandwiches are a delicious and hearty meal featuring shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, all topped with melted cheddar cheese and fresh vegetables.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 sub rolls (6 inches each)
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Slice the sub rolls lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through.
- Place the sub rolls on a baking sheet and fill each roll with the chicken mixture.
- Top each filled sub with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion to each sub. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
- Substitute the ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing for a different flavor profile.
