Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub Sandwiches are a delicious and hearty meal featuring shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, all topped with melted cheddar cheese and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 sub rolls (6 inches each)
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Slice the sub rolls lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through.
  4. Place the sub rolls on a baking sheet and fill each roll with the chicken mixture.
  5. Top each filled sub with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion to each sub. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately while warm.

  • For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
