  • 1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cherries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir until the cherries are well coated. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Drizzle in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the cherry filling in the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
