Description

A delicious and creamy dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, rich cream cheese filling, and topped with cherry pie filling.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
  5. Spoon the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Substitute the cherry pie filling with blueberry or strawberry for a different flavor profile.
