Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a generous tablespoon of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, enclosing the filling. Pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
