A delicious layered dessert combining creamy cheesecake, rich brownies, and sweet caramel.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 batch of brownies (about 9x9 inches), cooled and cut into cubes
- 1 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- In a large trifle dish or individual cups, layer half of the brownie cubes at the bottom.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the brownie layer.
- Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture over the caramel layer.
- Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips and chopped pecans (if using) over the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining brownie cubes, caramel sauce, cream cheese mixture, chocolate chips, and pecans.
- Finish with a layer of whipped cream on top and drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a chocolate lover’s twist, use chocolate brownies instead of regular ones.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas or strawberries for a fruity variation.
