Description

Delicious and creamy Caramel Apple Cheesecake Cups that are perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among 6 serving cups, pressing it down to form a crust layer.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  7. In another bowl, toss the diced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon.
  8. Layer the apple mixture over the crust in each cup, followed by the cheesecake mixture.
  9. Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours to allow them to set.
  10. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over the top of each cheesecake cup.

Notes

  • For a crunchier texture, consider adding chopped nuts to the graham cracker crust.
  • You can also substitute the apples with pears or berries for a different flavor profile.
