- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or your favorite burger sauce
- Optional: sliced avocado, crispy bacon bits
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are well combined.
- In a large bowl, layer the chopped romaine lettuce as the base.
- Top the lettuce with the cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing or your favorite burger sauce.
- If desired, add sliced avocado and crispy bacon bits on top.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes for a refreshing option.
