- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a pot of salted water and cook the penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken, seasoning it with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Pour in the buffalo sauce and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate the Parmesan cheese, stirring until creamy and smooth.
- Fold the cooked penne pasta into the skillet, ensuring it is well-coated in the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
