Description

A delicious no-bake dessert that combines layers of brownie, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups brownie mix (plus ingredients required on the package)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix (instant)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan. Allow to cool completely.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Once the brownies are cooled, cut them into small squares and layer half of them in the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the brownie layer, followed by half of the whipped topping.
  5. Sprinkle half of the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and half of the mini chocolate chips over the whipped topping layer.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining brownies, pudding, whipped topping, cookies, and chocolate chips.
  7. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  8. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries if desired.

Notes

  • For a minty twist, add a few drops of peppermint extract to the whipped topping or use mint-flavored chocolate sandwich cookies.
  • Substitute the chocolate pudding with vanilla or butterscotch pudding for a different flavor profile.
