A delicious no-bake dessert that combines layers of brownie, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping, perfect for any occasion.

- 2 cups brownie mix (plus ingredients required on the package)
- 1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix (instant)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan. Allow to cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Once the brownies are cooled, cut them into small squares and layer half of them in the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the brownie layer, followed by half of the whipped topping.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and half of the mini chocolate chips over the whipped topping layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining brownies, pudding, whipped topping, cookies, and chocolate chips.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh berries if desired.
Notes
- For a minty twist, add a few drops of peppermint extract to the whipped topping or use mint-flavored chocolate sandwich cookies.
- Substitute the chocolate pudding with vanilla or butterscotch pudding for a different flavor profile.
