Description
Biscoff Banana Pudding is a delicious dessert that combines the flavors of ripe bananas and Biscoff cookies in a creamy pudding.

- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat.
- Continue to whisk until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a 9×9 inch baking dish, layer half of the sliced bananas on the bottom.
- Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed Biscoff cookies on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining bananas, pudding, and cookies.
- Dollop the Biscoff spread on top of the final layer and gently swirl it into the pudding with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Serve chilled, and enjoy!
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add a layer of chocolate pudding between the banana layers.
- You can also substitute the Biscoff cookies with graham crackers for a different flavor profile.
