Description

A creamy and delicious Biscoff Banana Pudding layered with caramel and bananas, perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Additional Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat. Continue whisking until the mixture starts to thicken and bubble, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow the pudding to cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a 9×9-inch dish or trifle bowl, layer half of the crushed Biscoff cookies on the bottom.
  4. Pour half of the pudding over the cookies, followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
  5. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the bananas.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining Biscoff cookies, pudding, bananas, and caramel sauce.
  7. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the pudding to set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with additional crushed Biscoff cookies and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, add chocolate chips between the layers or use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla.
  • To make it a bit healthier, substitute some of the heavy cream with Greek yogurt for added protein and creaminess.
