Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the spices are well combined.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the cooked beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
- Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced pickles.
- Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the toppings.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
- If desired, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a healthier version, substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef and use whole wheat tortillas.
- Add sliced avocado or jalapeños for an extra kick and flavor.
