- 4 cups broccoli florets

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the minced garlic and stir for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water until cornstarch is dissolved.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli, stirring to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Finish with sesame oil (if using) and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to substitute the ground beef with chicken or tofu for a different protein.
